week in our life: monday photos + words

This is the footpath I walked daily to catch my bus to work; had always wanted to take a picture because of the beautiful rows of trees along the way…

This is what I found stuck on the fence along the footpath yesterday evening when I was going home after work and it brought a smile to my face. What a timely message from God, especially given this economic turbulent times we are living in…

Matt 6: 25-26, 34: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they…Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

How about you? Are you noticing the little ‘messages’ God is sending along your way as you live out your daily life?
